Returning Products
Returning products is at your own expense. These costs must be paid at the post office where you hand in the package. The shipping risk is also for your own account. We advise you to send your return by registered mail to reduce any risks.
From the time of delivery, you have 14 days to review your order and try on the items. Within this period you can return the order, or part of it, in its original condition. This can easily be done via our returns portal, where you can quickly and easily register the product for return. Then you need to fill in the enclosed return form. When returning your products, you can choose to get your money back via the original payment method, or by store credit.
You will receive a confirmation email once we have received your returned items. Please note that the shipping risk and costs of the return are entirely at your own expense. Again, we recommend that you send the return by registered mail.
Important Conditions
If you wish to return your order, or any part of it, you must ensure that the items meet the specified conditions. If these conditions are not met, we reserve the right to return the returned order. Return shipping costs will then also be at your own expense.
Please note: Items damaged through misuse cannot be returned. Have you lost your return form? No problem, you can easily download it again via our returns portal.
Processing and Exchanges
We aim to process returns within 3 business days. If you wish to exchange an item, you can do so by placing a new order through our webshop. This works in the same way as your previous orders.
Discounted Items
Would you like to return or exchange discounted items? Of course you can! You can return these items in the same easy way by completing the enclosed return form and submitting your return via our returns portal.
If other rules or conditions apply, this is indicated with the items on our website.
