Right of Withdrawal (Returning Products)
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. After registering your return, you have an additional 14 days to actually send the product back. Within this period, you are entitled to a full refund of your order amount, including any standard shipping costs.
How to Return an Item

Register your return via our return portal.

Choose whether to use your own shipping label or create one via the portal (additional costs may apply).

Send the package back within 14 days after registering your return.

Return Shipping Costs and Risk
Return shipping costs are at your own expense, unless stated otherwise. This also applies to the risk of loss or damage during return transit.
We recommend sending your return via registered mail or with track & trace to minimize risks.
Return Conditions

Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, including labels and packaging.

Damaged or incomplete items (e.g., due to misuse) cannot be accepted.

If the return conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse the return or send it back. Any costs for this will be at your own expense.
Free Gift Returns
If you return (part of) your order and your total falls below the minimum spend required for a free gift, you must return the gift as well.
If you wish to keep the gift, we reserve the right to charge the difference in value or the full retail price.
If you still qualify for a lower-value gift, we offer you the choice to:

exchange the original gift for the lower-value gift, or
-
pay the difference in value.
Note: This condition only applies if you received a free gift based on your purchase amount.
Processing & Refunds
We generally process returns within 5 business days after receipt.
Refunds are made via the original payment method (e.g., iDEAL, credit card, Klarna, etc.) unless you choose store credit (voucher).
By law, we have a maximum of 14 days after withdrawal to issue your refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned products or you have provided proof of shipment.
Exchanges
In the return portal, you can indicate if you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color.
Note: The new order will only be shipped once your return has been received, inspected, and approved. This helps prevent fraud.
Want a faster exchange? We recommend placing a new order directly via the webshop. You will receive your new item more quickly, and we will process your return separately.
Sale Items
Sale items can also be returned, provided they meet our standard return conditions. The return registration and shipping process remain the same.
