Operations & Supply Chain Coordinator (32–40 hours)
REHALL is a Dutch sport and lifestyle brand known for functional and stylish ski and snowboard apparel. Our collections are developed in-house and produced in collaboration with permanent production partners in Asia. From the Netherlands, we supply retailers and distributors across Europe and beyond.
Due to our growth, we are looking for an Operations & Supply Chain Coordinator who ensures everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. From new items in the system to production planning, deliveries and customer communication: you keep the overview and make sure commitments are met.
Your role
As Operations & Supply Chain Coordinator, you are the link between design, production, logistics, sales and our international suppliers.
You make sure collections are produced on time, orders are processed correctly and customers know where they stand. You monitor processes, identify bottlenecks and act immediately when something deviates from the planning.
In short: you make sure our products move from factory to customer at the right moment.
What will you do?
Product and item management
- Creating and managing new items and collections in our ERP system (XL-ENZ)
- Checking and processing product data, colours, sizes and prices
- Safeguarding the quality of the data in the system
Production & Supply Chain
- Maintaining daily contact with our production partners in Asia
- Monitoring production times and delivery deadlines
- Following up on orders from production through to delivery
- Identifying delays and actively looking for solutions
Logistics & Customer Communication
- Informing retailers and distributors about deliveries and availability
- Coordinating deliveries with logistics partners
- Supporting inventory management and forecasting
- Processing and following up on customer questions regarding orders
Operations & Process Improvement
- Supporting management with operational tasks
- Optimising internal processes and working methods
- Drawing up and managing planning, overviews and reports
- Ensuring structure and overview within the organisation
Who are we looking for?
You are someone who gets energy from organising, planning and creating an overview. You work accurately, think ahead and are not easily caught off guard.
You have:
- MBO+ or HBO working and thinking level
- At least several years of experience in an operational, logistics or supply chain role
- Good communication skills in Dutch and English.
- Experience with ERP systems (experience with XL-ENZ is a plus)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
