Marketing Intern (32–40 hours per week)

Rehall Outerwear is a Dutch winter sports brand with a passion for skiing, snowboarding and an active lifestyle. Our collections combine functionality, comfort and style. From technical outerwear designed for adventures in the mountains to trendy designs for everyone who wants to hit the slopes in their own style.

We are constantly developing our collections, strengthening our brand and reaching winter sports enthusiasts at home and abroad. We do this with an enthusiastic team where creativity, entrepreneurship and fun are at the heart of everything we do.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Intern to join our team!

What will you do?

As a marketing intern, you will be a fully involved member of our marketing team. You will work on a variety of projects and have the opportunity to share your own ideas and take responsibility.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Campaigns & Collection Launches: You will help prepare and execute marketing campaigns and launch new collections.
• Content & Photoshoots: You will support the organisation of photoshoots, contribute to content development and help create visual assets for our collections.
• Social Media: You will contribute ideas to our social media strategy and help plan, create and publish content for Instagram, TikTok and other channels.
• Influencers & Riders: You will maintain contact with sponsored athletes, influencers and brand ambassadors and help coordinate collaborations.
• Events & Sponsorships: You will support the organisation of events, trade shows and sponsorship activities.
• International Marketing: You will help Rehall grow in different markets and support marketing activities for our international partners.
• Analysis & Optimisation: You will track results, analyse social media data and contribute ideas on how to improve our marketing activities.
• Day-to-Day Marketing Activities: You will support the team with a variety of creative and organisational tasks.

No two days are the same. You will have the opportunity to explore different areas of marketing and actively contribute to Rehall's continued growth.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who enjoys getting things done, brings fresh ideas to the table and thrives in a dynamic working environment.

• You are a second- or third-year student pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Creative Business, Media or a related field.
• You are available full-time from February 2027 for a six-month work placement.
• You have an affinity for skiing, snowboarding, fashion or outdoor sports.
• You are creative, proactive and confident taking initiative.
• You have strong organisational skills and are able to work independently.
• You have a good understanding of social media and know what's happening on Instagram and TikTok.
• You have a good command of Dutch and can communicate confidently in English.
• You enjoy working as part of a team but are also comfortable taking ownership of projects independently.
• A category B driving licence is an advantage.

Previous experience is a plus, but your enthusiasm, creativity and motivation are just as important to us.
